After Bollywood actor Salman Khan, now a woman also tried to enter actor Aditya Roy Kapoor’s home in Mumbai. Which was taken into custody by Khar police on Monday. A case has been registered against him for forcibly entering the house. The incident occurred when Aditya was not present at home.
The actor was on shooting, only house help was present at home
According to the police FIR, the incident took place on 26 May. Aditya’s house is at Rizvi Complex located in Bandra West area of Mumbai. At around six o’clock in the evening, when only his house helper Sangeeta Pawar was present at the house and the actor was out for shooting, the doorbell rang.
On opening Sangeeta’s door, a 47 -year -old woman asked her if it was Aditya Roy Kapoor’s house. She has brought some clothes and gifts for them. Relying on the woman’s words, Sangeeta allowed her to come in.
The woman was not ready to leave home
According to FIR, when the House Helper asked the woman if she had already taken time to meet Aditya Roy Kapoor, the woman replied yes and said that she had been given time at 6 pm. Later, when Aditya returned home, Sangeeta told him about the woman. On this, the actor refused to identify the woman. Despite the repeated saying of the House Helper, when the woman was not ready to leave the house, the information of the matter was given to the manager and police of the actor.
Police detained woman
Khar police reached the actor’s house on the spot and the woman was taken into custody. During interrogation, the woman named her name Ghazala Jhakaria Siddiqui, who is a resident of Dubai and is 47 years old. The woman said she is Aditya’s fan and brought gifts for him. However, when the woman was asked about reaching the actor’s house, she started postponing the question.
On the basis of preliminary inquiry, the police say it illegally entered the actor’s house, which could have a criminal intention. FIR was lodged against the woman under Section 331 (2) of the Indian Justice Code (punishment for an infiltration of the house or punishment for the house).
